I love independent film, and the Mississauga talent pool has nowhere to show of their films and shorts. The Toronto International Film Festival brings in money, and if we run our film festivals properly, our city will make money too.

As a fan of film and the arts, I will be promoting local talent and local festivals better than any other mayor in any town, anywhere in the country - guaranteed!
