I am happy that Frank Torres at SkyWords Media asked me this question because MANY of you out there want to know what my stand on trees is: I LOVE TREES! When trees are removed, I get upset, and for every mature tree that the city must remove for construction or disease, I will plant 100 more along the rivers and in parks to ensure that we never lose our green.

There is nothing more calming than big healthy trees around you, and I want to make sure that we have more trees after my first two years in the city than there are now.
