A father in China attempted to kill a college professor after finding out the man was now his son-in-law after marrying his young daughter.

Twenty-year-old Yang Juan is from China's Sichuan province, and fell in love with her college professor, who happens to be older than her father. Yang Juan decided to marry to the middle-aged man soon after she graduated from college. They had been hiding the marriage from her parents, until she recently got pregnant.
