North Korea’s newly-selected parliament met for the first time on Wednesday in Pyongyang.
It was the first time that North Korea has reassembled its parliament under new leader Kim Jong Un.
North Korean state media reported that Kim Jong Un had been re-elected as First Chairman of the National Defence Commission, a title that he was originally awarded in April 2012.
