Lung are one the most difficult ingredients to make. Not because it takes long to cook (it cooks very quick) and not because it's smelly or something (it has a normal odor of meat products, nothing peculiar). But because it has a very interesting texture and takes some time to get use to for handling it. Even an expert Chef like Chef Maeda Rahat felt tingly upon touching it. Still she goes on to make a tasty looking dish out of it named Phephda Curry. In addition for less adventurous foodies, she's also making Chicken Shahlik so at the end, everybody is a winner.
