Please help!? - I am trying to buy a house, I just got a call from the loan person called me today and told me that for some reason a house my husband foreclosed on is still showing upon his credit report but he filled bankruptcy and the house was on it, for some reason the bank filed the judgment after 3 months after the bankruptcy was discharged, the house was listed on the bankruptcy, I don’t know why its still on his credit also my husband is not on the new house loan with me but for some reason his credit still has to be looked in to. The loan person on the new house said she needs some kind of document releasing my husband from the old house and the discharge paper work from bankruptcy won’t do. Does anyone know what I need to do? please help -
