This is a high profile discussion by a well-rounded panel of experts in net freedom and neutrality about freedom of communication and the internet, with a focus on social media. The debate will centralize around the topic of large public communities, including political parties and movements, using platforms run by private companies, and what the repercussions of this are or could be, and how these would be different if run publicly or non-commercially, for better or worse.
