Paul Fudacz Jr. wanted to help save his sister's life, so he gave her one of his kidneys. After it was removed the kidney was ready for transplant until a nurse tossed it in the trash. Sara Fudacz eventually received a kidney from another donor but without a doubt the family is suing the hospital.
