A discrimination lawsuit against Paula Deen and her brother was dismissed in federal court Friday. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia Southern Division dismissed the case with prejudice meaning it can not be filed again. Deen and her brother Earl "Bubba" Hiers were accused of discrimination by the former General Manager of one of their restaurants. Lisa Jackson says she was subjected to a hostile work environment rife with racism and sexual innuendo. Deen, Hiers and Ms. Jackson had been in mediation and reportedly reached a settlement deal.
