Are ye not much better than they?" - Matthew 6:26<br />Needed to open up the Quads and Hip Flexors this morn', so l opted for these buggers. The main performance point is putting the knee cap down and THEN leaning forward. This increases the Quad & Patella Tendon stretch DRAMATICALLY. As l Press the Ivanko 75ln Pancake, l shift forward more increasing the Quad stretch again. Yes, the front leg is also getting stretched. This is similar to my Split Snatch position: another lift l recommend. Lotsa good going on here.
