Beechwood Equipment, a premier UK supplier of defence equipment, has been awarded a Support Service Supply contract from the Ministry of Defence. The SSP Lethality Project Team, part of the SSP or Soldier Systems Programme, based at the MoD’s specialist centre for defence procurement in Bristol’s Abbey Wood, awarded Beechwood Equipment the SSP/00017 contract this July.<br />Beechwood Equipment has been the UK’s sole Trijicon and FLIR Government Systems for several decades and has been supporting the Ministry of Defence with many fleets of FLIR MUNS, UNS and Trijicon ACOG systems since 2000.<br />The new contract for Beechwood Equipment is one of many that have been awarded by the MoD, making Beechwood Equipment one of the army’s most trusted defence equipment suppliers. Beechwood Equipment supply defence equipment, including optical sights, electro optics and tactical equipment to the MoD and to law enforcement agencies across the UK.
