At least six Afghan civilians have been killed after a suicide bomber attacked a convoy of foreign military vehicles in Kabul, police said. Government officials said six bystanders died in the explosion in the Shah Shaheed residential district in the southeast of the capital Kabul, while the NATO coalition were unable to give details of any casualties.
