In a shocking case from Madhya Pradesh, a teenager was allegedly raped and then set ablaze. Manek Chowdhury, School teacher, said, "She is 14 year old girl. She was raped and then set ablaze." Even as the victim lies in a serious condition in hospital, the police have reacted in the most insensitive manner and have called it a harassment case.
