The battle for control in Syria rages on as Turkey is calling on the international community to take action against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

On Saturday, 46 people were killed by twin car bombs in a Turkish town near the Syrian border.

The video, which could not be independently verified by Reuters, comes as opposition leaders are deciding whether or not to join US and Russian backed peace talks in Istanbul later this month.

After more than two years of war, the UN estimates that more than 70,000 people have been killed. Activists now put that number at east 82,000.

Syria's conflict has fueled confrontations across the region between Sunni and Shi'ite Muslims, with Shi'ite Iran supporting Assad, and Sunni powers like Saudi Arabia backing the rebels.
