Two pilots are suspended after they allegedly put stewardesses in control of the cockpit.
How confident are you that your plane's pilot is in control?
Recently, two Air India aviators were suspected after they reportedly took a nap while in flight.
The pilots were said to have slept in business class while two flight attendants took over the controls and flew the plane. The first pilot allegedly left the cockpit to doze off and recruited a stewardess to take his place while the plane was over 30,000 feet in the air.
A short while later, the captain reportedly followed suit, but he turned on the autopilot and grabbed another flight attendant to fill his shoes while he napped. Nearly 40 minutes later, one the stewardesses inadvertently switched off the autopilot.
The sleeping airmen abruptly awoke and made a mad dash back to the cockpit. The two pilots and flight attendants have been suspended for endangering the lives of passengers, as over 160 travelers were on the plane during the incident.
What do you think? How should the pilots and flight attendants be punished for the incident?
