An ice cream truck driver is arrested for allegedly harassing a rival driver.

The ice cream business can evidently be quite dangerous. Recently, a Sno Cone Joe franchise owner named Joshua Malatino made it his sacred duty to ward off a rival seller.

Apparently a Mr. Ding-A-Ling truck started appearing on the streets, selling sweet treats to kids and adults. 34-year-old Malatino took notice and allegedly began threatening the opposing driver stating “You don't have a chance! This is my town!"

A city officer noticed Malatino and his girlfriend tailgating the other truck and talked to the driver, who spoke about the alleged previous incidents of harassment.

The couple was arrested and could face jail time if convicted of the several charges including misdemeanor stalking. According to officers, Malatino has quite a past history of bullying ice cream truck drivers in Gloversville.

Last year, a hatred between two teachers escalated. James Pepe, a social studies teacher in Florida was arrested for Solicitation of First Degree Murder. A witness reportedly contacted police to inform them that Pepe was allegedly planning to kill another teacher, Robert Meredith, due to a rivalry between the two men.
