Seamless Traxx brings you the new release from Central Avenue & Graham Sahara.
Nominated for the Beatport Music Award for "Best House Track of the Year 2011" highlights the production and DJ talents of these two artists. In a short time they have really becoming a hot property. With tracks appearing on Spinnin´ Records, Armada Music, Hed Kandi, Ministry of Sound, its fair to say the duo have been doing something right.
In 2010 the pair began to collaborate in the studio, and their first production together "Dollars EP" was quickly snapped up by Neurotraxx Deluxe, which is owned by well-known deep house producer Aki Bergen. Their following track "Don't Quite Get It" was signed to the Swiss label Purple Music owned by House music legend Jamie Lewis. It was released in Jan 2011 to great acclaim and sales, as the track reached number 1 most downloaded on Traxsource.com and attained a place in the top 100 house tracks of the year on the site. Their following track was a remix for Matt Caseli & Danny Freakazoid entitled "Long Legs Runnin'" for massive Dutch label Spinnin Records. Amidst fierce competition it quickly reached number 5 overall on Beatport and it reached the number 2 spot in the house chart. It stayed in the top 100 chart all summer long and became the mainstay in many a DJ box through out the globe. It features on many compilations including global brand Hed Kandi, run by Ministry of Sound. They produced a follow up release for Spinnin Records, which was called "Drives Me Crazy". This was released in Autumn 2011 where it climbed up the top 20 on the Beatport and was also licensed to Ministry of Sounds latest Clubbers Guide 2012 compilation, which contains tracks from the biggest names in dance music.
For their track Work, they have have reached out to their proper club roots, by creating a track for the club dance floor. With a rolling bass line, tightly produced drums and percussion, this uses some classic sirens so everyone knows that a dancefloor bomb has just been dropped! Tried and tested on the dancelfoors of ibiza this is definitely one to check out.
