1. The fingerless single facer for single face corrugated paperboard forming is designed with pneumatically controlled upper corrugating roll, pressure rolls, and glue-coating rollers.
2. Due to submerged lubrication method, the drive system reduction gearbox comes with low noise. Optional universal joint drive is available to isolate the equipment and the drive motor, thus ensuring smooth and safe operation.
3. The machine uses vacuum suction method for web guide. Designed with air flow adjustment function, it ensures stable and quality flute forming at high speed conditions.
4. The corrugating rolls and pressure rolls are all lubricated by high temperature grease. Meanwhile, the upper and lower corrugating rolls are made of superior quality 52CrMo alloy steel. They undergo heat treatment, and hence offer hardness between HRC58°and HRC60°. Surface polishing treatment is also available.
5. The gluing unit is designed with automatic cycling glue feeding function. Meanwhile, the glue coating rollers are chrome plated to assure improved hardness and better resistance to abrasion, and the embossed patterns on their surface ensure good adhesive adhesion.
6. A manual or electrical gluing width control unit is available to make sure the gluing width is match with the medium paper and flute width.
7. The gluing unit is able to work independently, or work in synchronous with the fingerless single facer.
