The House of Representatives passed the measure allowing theFAA to prevent furloughs of air traffic controllers. The bill, expected to be signed by President Obama, will mean an end to the agonizing delays cause by the furloughs earlier this week. Late last night the US Senate passed the same legislation. The government responded quickly because of public outcry over the delays.
