Multiple fatalities are feared after an explosion at a fertilizer plant north of Waco, Texas. A nursing home is reported to have collapsed near the explosion site, trapping many people in the rubble. An apartment complex look like a "skeleton," according to a local official. At least 200 people are reported injured in the blast which took place in the city of West, Texas about 19 miles north of Waco.
