Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad Khan Completed his 9 years as Governor of Sindh on 27th December 2011.Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan is the 30th governor of the province of Sindh, Pakistan. He took up the post on December 27, 2002.Since July 16, 2008, he has the distinction of becoming the province's longest-serving governor.
