The worst such tragedy in the country and the worst form of corruption has snuffed out 72 lives - residents of what's now been reduced to rubble in this Lucky Compound in Thane, on the outskirts of Mumbai. A case has been filed - the two builders Jamil Qureshi and Salim Shaikh have now been held - but surprisingly, even though their crime has claimed over 70 lives - they haven't been booked under Sec 302 - which amounts to murder.
