A 23 year old Left student leader has fallen victim to the lawlessness prevailing in West Bengal that too by the men in uniform. Sudipta Gupta was among the students leading a peaceful protest but he died after the police countered them with a lathi charge. This happens on a day when chief minister Mamata Banerjee was busy with IPL ceremonies.
