GolfedAgain.com is a user-to-user eCommerce website, launched in early 2009 by Drew Hester, a then college student playing on the Cal Lutheran University golf team of Thousand Oaks, California. Prior to 2009, Drew supplemented his non-existent college budget selling used golf clubs on eBay until a class-project Excel sheet showed that eBay took close to 22% of his profits, conservatively. With this Excel sheet in hand and an eager beaver entrepreneurial spirit, Drew approached his stepfather, Bruce McNall, former owner of the L.A. Kings, to mentor him in a startup business. From that family-room discussion, GolfedAgain was born.
