One of Africa's most wanted warlords has surrendered. Rwandan-born Bosco Ntaganda led a faction of the M23 rebels in DR Congo, and has been on the run for a year. He walked into the US embassy in Rwanda's capital, Kigali, and asked to be taken to the International Criminal Court. The court accuses him of crimes against humanity.
