One of Africa's most wanted warlords has surrendered. Rwandan-born Bosco Ntaganda led a faction of the M23 rebels in DR Congo, and has been on the run for a year. He walked into the US embassy in Rwanda's capital, Kigali, and asked to be taken to the International Criminal Court. The court accuses him of crimes against humanity. Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports.
