Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe spoke at a graduation ceremony on Sunday at the National Defense Academy in Yokosuka, south of Tokyo. He said Japan needs to bolster its military under the terms of the Japan-US security alliance, in face of China's increased maritime activity.
