Ficci 2013 has journalist Shoma Chaudhary,film maker Mahesh Bhatt,Kamal Haasan,Actor Rahul Bose and have ignited the social influence of Film and its business.
The freedom of artist and the business of cinema have incorporated regressive values into the film or one cane say that the film is now regressive but Kamaal Haasan has objected by saying that Sati Prathi or Sita into fire in epic Ramayan is not the reflection of the film but it has come. Kamaal Haasan has questioned Shoma.
Mahesh Bhatt has vehemently put his views, saying that film changes the society but it is entertaining too. He says if the film maker makes the film with right heart. No body can snatch his freedom of art.
Rahu Bose has also intervened and has advocated the freedom of art.
Shoma has spoken to media too. She is against policing upon culture and particularly on the girl body.
Kamal Haasan, Mahesh Bhat have also replied to media.
