Howard Stern may take the place of Jimmy Fallon.

Late night shows seem to be on the verge of seeing some major changes.

Jimmy Fallon is being considered to fill the shoes of Jay Leno, as Leno's contract for the “Tonight Show” is slated to end in 2014.

That means that NBC will have to find someone to replace Fallon on the late show and rumor has it, the person on the top of their list is Howard Stern.

While he spent years as a controversial radio personality, he broke into the television world in the early 90s with his own show.

In recent years, Stern has been on “America’s Got Talent” as a judge, breaking away from the risqué, jaw-dropping content, which you can hear on his own radio show.

Stern’s wife speaks of the impact of him being a judge - “We were in a hotel and all these little kids recognize him now as the judge from ‘America’s Got Talent.’ Usually it’s their dads. But now it is screaming little kids. People are now seeing him for who he really is.”

Do you think Howard Stern will be a good replacement for Jimmy Fallon?
