Based on the 51-episode anime series of the same name that aired in 1993, Mobile Suit Victory Gundam details the story of Uso Evin, a young boy who finds himself in the cockpit of a Victory Gundam, attempting to thwart the Zanscare Empire's designs to take over the earth. This video game version sticks very close to the story of the original, complete with lengthy cutscenes laying out the bulk of the plot.
