A day after Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi slammed the Congress and the Gandhi family, External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid has taken on Modi. Speaking exclusively to TIMES NOW, Khurshid said that the BJP's projection of Modi shows their desperation. He said that Modi is not acceptable globally as a leader.
