I have been on the road camping for 3 straight years. My job moved me to Mt Airy, NC and I stumbled upon Mayberry Campground about a month ago. This place is a real gem. Owner and family are fantastic, very friendly and hospitable! When I find someplace like this I like to share it. So I thought I would upload this fun little video I made to say thanks to the owners and let other people know about this place.
If you like the North Carolina foothills and love mountain views along with a friendly laid back atmosphere you will not be disappointed. Check this place out. Most of the sites are RV friendly with an easy pull thru and the Campground is located conveniently near Interstate 74.
