My straddle press is coming along. In this workout I achieved a deeper negative than ever before. Still a ways to go but I'm making progress. I also did a lot more volume of these negatives than I've ever done before.
Along with straddle presses I'm working on a number of other things. This was done in combination with training the one arm pullup before rock climbing practice.
