How to Use the Tool;
1. Extract the "GameData_00" file from your SaveData file
2. Open the GameData_00 file into the Editor
3. Mod what you want and press Save
4. Replace the GameData_00 file back into your SaveData file
5. Rehash/Resign
6. PLAY!!!
