How to create an event in google plus and invite people from your circles.
to listen in on or participate in your company calls, webinars, or hangouts.
I Have determined that you can not invite everyone is all your circles, but you can make the event public.
I was able to send invites to about 130 people.
If you want to send an invite to every single person, you may have to create multiple events. However, I didn't attempt to do this. So I don't know how successful that would be.
