Two Pakistani diplomats Manzoor Memon and Naeem Anwar were barred by the Indian Govt from attending the Jaipur Lit festival. Sources say the diplomats couldn't visit Jaipur after the ministry of external affairs raised an objection and thus denied requisite approval.
