You can't have a Europe a la carte, and cherry-picking is not allowed, said the German foreign minister after British Prime Minister David Cameron announced plans for a referendum on leaving the EU. Other European leaders were equally critical of Cameron's comments about the union. Al Jazeera's Laurence Lee reports from London.
