Chris Brown is the latest victim of celebrity "swatting" - where someone makes a fake emergency call to a star's house. Los Angeles police rushed to Brown's residence after a fake report of domestic violence. Brown was not there when police arrived, however they still proceeded to search his home.

Beyonce sang the U.S. national anthem to hundreds of thousands of people gathered in Washington, D.C. for the presidential inauguration. Other singers included Kelly Clarkson, who sang "My Country, 'Tis of Thee" and James Taylor, who sang "America the Beautiful."

Shia LaBeouf hit the red carpet at the Sundance Film Festival for his movie, "The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman" - a violent love story set in Romania. He was joined by his co-star Evan Rachel Wood. The film is next slated to screen at the Berlin Film Festival.

Finally, Justin Bieber has ousted Lady Gaga as the person with the most followers on Twitter. The singer had upwards of 33,335,000 people following his tweets on the social networking site. Lady Gaga was only trailing by a few thousand, meaning she could overtake Bieber in the next few weeks.
