Bill's dream commenced after his college days at The University of Southern California and when he had finished his flying career with the Navy.Ten years after Bill became the vice president of Celler Door Restaurants in Houston Texas, he founded Nieuport 17 Restaurant where of courseaviation was the theme.The assortment of genuine artifacts, photos and paintings displayed may be one of the finest anywhere.Many of these pieces have been donated by regulars and are proudly displayed for your enjoyment.
