7 years ago, the nephew of SP Leader Aruna Shankar Shukla was accused of raping a minor. So far, he was being tried in a juvenile court for the heinous crime, but now a court has declared him an adult and ordered for a fresh trial. Following the ruling, the victim's family have finally got some hope for justice, after all these years.
