The Pakistani government has released eight Afghan Taliban prisoners. One of those freed is Mullah Noor-uddin Turabi. He was the justice minister under the Afghan Taliban. It is hoped the amnesty will help peace negotiations. Al Jazeera's Ali Mustafa reports.
