Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has dismissed allegations of Ludhiana top cop SS Mand being beaten up by a former youth Akali leader. Badal further said that it is a conspiracy to malign the party's image. SS Mand was allegedly beaten up by a former youth Akali leader, and has now undergone a surgery and is yet to give his statement on the matter.
