A suspect steals only ice cream from a kiosk.

Burglary doesn't always involve valuables.

Recently, one man reportedly broke into Twistee Treat ice cream kiosk in Windsor, Ontario.

The suspect did not take money or anything of real value, but he did steal one thing: a mouthful of soft serve ice cream.

Video surveillance shows the man heading straight for the soft serve machine.

He sticks his head underneath, opens his mouth and squirts some ice cream in. Then he heads towards the cash register.

The male uses his sleeves to cover his hands, but he soon realizes that the machine is empty. The unknown male then leaves the kiosk. Police are still searching for the suspect.

Earlier this year, another man went a little too far to obtain a sweet treat. Shortly after arriving in Massachusetts for a two-week stay, 25-year-old Robert McTernan walked into Boston Bakery.

Yielding a knife, he demanded cannolis from an employee. The wise bakery worker met his demands and McTernan left, but police quickly arrested him. The whole scene was caught on surveillance footage.
