Urbana Corporation, which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbols URB and URB.A, is acquiring a significant ownership in CNSX Markets Inc. Urbana plans to purchase 4 million common shares from CNSX’s treasury at $0.40, for an investment of $1.6 million.
