Richmond, BC. Another constable opined that the dark area is a magnet for criminals. Arjay Banzon was scared for her personal safety when trespassers were hanging around at 2am. At another time, Joyce Banzon, her sister, said there was a "scary man" who was right behind her car when she was going into the parkade, and locked her car quickly. Let's hope that the council gets the video security cameras installed quickly, as there appears to be a "crime spreee" before the cameras can be installed. This is a message to Westwater Views council and owners.
