It wouldn't be a purr-fect holiday season without a new project from the Jingle Cats: the kittens that first meowed their way onto the music scene in 1992 with the "Jingle Bells" medley.

This year music producer Mike Spalla's Jingle Cats are back with a new and improved look -they're clearer than ever in Blu-ray.

Spalla has remastered the old albums and included some never before seen footage, just in time for the holidays.

"Blu-ray looks so much better than the old television," he said. "It's a chance for people to see the Jingle Cats the way it was really meant to be seen."

Spalla hopes that the furry adventure, "Jingle Cats 3D," which he began filming two years ago, will be ready for a Christmas release next year.
