Airports across Europe continue to reopen, with many scheduled flights now going ahead. Airlines who insisted the grounding of their fleets was an over reaction, are now flying despite the volcanic ash over the continent. Air Transport Association criticized European policy makers Wednesday for their inadequate response to volcano cloud. Steven Lott from the IATA explains why.
