DR Congo rebels hand back control of Goma

M23 rebels have begun withdrawing from the city of Goma in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Their pull-out took place two weeks after they seized control of the regional capital. It signals some progress towards ending the fighting in the region. Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Goma.
