Do you have good leadership traits?

Sure every business owner or boss might think they are a good one but are the really? I recently read a book titled Leadership and Self-Deception. I suggest you read it if you live on this planet. "Good leadership traits" are without a doubt one of the fewest held skills by millions of business owners around the world. Good leadership traits can be many thing but I'm referring to one in particular, that defines you as not only a boss but a person.
