In a shocking case of lawlessness from Uttar Pradesh, a minor girl has alleged that she was kidnapped and raped by SP MLA Jagdish Paswan's associates. What's worse is that the 15-year-old victim has claimed that she was raped by them at the MLA's residence. However, the police has made no arrests so far and has instead chosen to defend the MLA.
