La piedra de Cuapa ha sido visitada por nacionales y extranjeros, quienes encuentran en ella toda una aventura al escalarla hasta su cima

Cuenta más de 150 metros de altura, ubicado a cuatro kilómetros del casco urbano y que le da la bienvenida a la ciudad.
La piedra de Cuapa ha sido visitada por nacionales y extranjeros, quienes encuentran en ella toda una aventura al escalarla hasta su cima para contemplar la belleza natural de sus alrededores y respirar el aire puro.
Según la leyenda, la piedra de Cuapa cayó del cielo, a una legua de la hacienda La Flor. La cual se dice que aún es visitada por duendes que vivían enamorados de la hija de la dueña de la propiedad.
Para llegar hasta el sitio donde se encuentra la piedra es preciso pasar por un riachuelo de agua helada y cristalina, que invita a cualquier mortal a meter sus manos y lavarse el rostro.
Además, puede apreciar la belleza de la flora y fauna existente; y si es detallista, podrá observar fácilmente las piedras con ídolos que todavía se encuentran en los caminos de Cuapa.
